Providing personal data by you is always voluntary, but necessary to set up an account on the website, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, contact us, withdraw from the contract or submit a complaint.

We ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by the provisions on the protection of personal data are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal data is processed only within the territory of the European Union.

We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:

• Name.pl - to store data on the server,
• Inspost.pl - in order to deliver parcels with orders,
• getresponse.com - in order to use the mailing system.

User's account. By creating a user account in the store, you must provide your basic data, such as e-mail address, name and surname and password.

You can modify your data assigned to your account at any time using the options available after logging into your account.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the user's account is the performance of the contract for maintaining an account in the store, which you conclude with the administrator on the basis of the store's regulations.

Your personal data contained in the user account are processed for the duration of the account's functioning, i.e. for the duration of the contract for maintaining the account in the store, referred to above. At any time, you can decide to delete your account, which will also result in the removal of your personal data from the database. Remember, however, that deleting an account does not result in deleting data on orders placed through the store.

Order. When placing an order through the store, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, these data will be automatically substituted into the order form, but you always have the option of modifying them.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the sales contract that you conclude on the basis of the store's regulations.

The data provided in the order form will be saved in the store's database and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the sales contract concluded through the store. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details are also recorded, such as the date of placing the order, the subject and value of the order, the selected method of delivery and payment.

Invoices. If we issue you an invoice in connection with your order, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to issue an invoice for this purpose. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are included in the accounting documentation, therefore your data will naturally be processed as part of this documentation for the period of time required by law.

Returns and complaints. If you withdraw from the contract concluded through the store or submit a complaint regarding the purchased products, you provide us with the data contained in the contract withdrawal form or in the complaint form, and we process this data in order to carry out the contract withdrawal or complaint procedure.

The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is the fulfillment of our legal obligations related to the withdrawal procedure or the complaint procedure.

Withdrawal forms and complaint forms are archived by us. The fact of withdrawing from the contract or submitting a complaint is also recorded in the shop system.

newsletter. Through the store, you can subscribe to the newsletter containing information about news, promotions, products and services related to the store. In order to send the newsletter, your personal data is processed in terms of name and e-mail address.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of a newsletter is your consent expressed by selecting the option to receive the newsletter in the e-mail confirming your willingness to subscribe. You can withdraw such consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

The data is processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which will delete the data from the database.

Email contact. By contacting us via e-mail, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the address of the sender of the message. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the content of the message.
